Sweet Disorder prides itself on delivering your order safely and quickly to your intended destination. We will do our best to meet any requirements that you might have, although unforeseen circumstances and peak trading times can have an effect on delivery times.

Rural Delivery — $9.99 per shipment

Delivery Timeframe Guideline

North Island normally delivered within 3 working days.
South Island normally delivered within 5 to 6 working days.
Rural deliveries may take longer depending on courier routes.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date so it is best to order with plenty of lead time.

International Shipping

For orders less than 2 kg:

Australia — $24.95
Rest of World - Currently unavailable as a standard service. Please contact us for a freight quote.

We will notify you if your order is over 2kg and will cost extra to send overseas. If so, you will have the right to cancel or change your order as you choose.

Delivery Timeframe Guideline

Target delivery times for overseas orders are 10 to 15 working days. 

Please not that some delays at the receiver’s end (i.e. customs clearance) may vary depending on the country and are outside of Sweet Disorder’s control and responsibility.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Sweet Disorder does not accept any liability for lost or delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Returns & Exchanges

We take special care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, occasionally things don’t go according to plan and if that happens we will do everything we can to ensure a happy conclusion.

Please note that we will only refund or exchange products if there is a fault, defect or imperfection.
